6-MONTH STANDARD WARRANTY

At ANJOUELS. your satisfaction is our top priority. Every ANJOUELS. product is covered by a six-month warranty, starting from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in workmanship, materials, and moving parts.

The warranty excludes:

• Damage due to incorrect storage methods.
• Deterioration of plating from oils, perfumes, soaps, or other external agents.
• Damage from routine wear and tear like scratching, stretching, or bending.
• Damage caused by misuse or mishandling.
• Lost items or components, inclusive of stones.
• Items from clearance, sample sales, or markdowns.

NOTE: A purchase receipt and item photograph are mandatory for warranty claims. Repairs or replacements will adhere to the warranty terms based on the original purchase date.
