Anjouels Warranty
We want you to love every piece you receive from Anjouels — which is why all our jewellery comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing faults or defects.
What’s Covered
Your warranty includes:
- Faulty clasps, chains, or closures
- Breakage caused by production defects
- Unusual wear within the first 6 months of normal use
Each piece is carefully checked before it reaches you — but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll take care of it.
What’s Not Covered
Our jewellery is crafted for everyday wear, but as with all fine pieces, care is essential. Warranty does not apply to:
- General wear from daily use
- Loss, theft, or damage from misuse or accidents
- Failure to follow the care instructions provided
We include a Jewellery Care Card with every order outlining how to best maintain your piece over time.

Once reviewed, we’ll confirm whether your piece qualifies under our warranty and guide you through the next steps for a replacement or repair.
Gifts & GWP Pieces
Items received as part of a promotional offer — such as gift-with-purchase pieces — are not eligible for warranty coverage.
