Returning Your Order
You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all inclusions intact.
Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the amount to reflect with your bank or card provider.
Exchanging For A Different Piece
Exchanges are welcome within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to availability. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that additional shipping charges will apply to dispatch the new item to you.
A Note On Earrings
For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We ask that you refer to our size guides, product descriptions, and photos carefully before purchasing.

Our Manufacturing Warranty
Every Anjouels piece is backed by a 6-month manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase, covering production faults and defects. This warranty applies once per item — if the same piece experiences a subsequent issue, it falls outside the scope of this coverage.
Each order includes an Anjouels Jewellery Care Card outlining how to maintain your piece over time. Following the care guidance is the best way to ensure lasting brilliance.
